Psychotherapist | St. Louis, Missouri

I’m looking for two thoughtful, curious therapists to join Joanna Haydon Therapy. Please note, I am only hiring independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy.D).

Positions will begin virtually and transition to a hybrid model in St. Louis.

I’m especially interested in clinicians who are ERP-trained or interested in developing expertise in ERP for OCD, as well as clinicians who are curious about psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Formal psychodynamic training is not required—what matters most is curiosity, depth, and an interest in understanding the person beyond their symptoms.

My practice works primarily with high-achieving women, while also serving adult men, with clinical areas including anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, relationships, reproductive mental health, infertility, surrogacy, working motherhood, and major life transitions.

The Position

• $65 per completed session

• Up to $200/month health reimbursement benefit once full-time

• Practice-owned laptop provided for clinical work

• Psychology Today profile reimbursed

• Medical billing and administrative support

• Weekly clinical case conference

• Flexible scheduling with 1–2 evenings per week required

• ERP training/experience strongly preferred

• Independently licensed in Missouri; Missouri + Illinois licensure a plus!

Clinicians will have time to build their caseload gradually, beginning around 8–12 completed sessions per week during the first six months and growing toward a full-time caseload of approximately 20 - 22 sessions per week.

My goal is to create a community where therapists can maintain the autonomy of private practice while having colleagues to think alongside, opportunities for consultation, and space to continue developing as clinicians.
