Specialized Therapy for Women in St. Louis, Missouri and Illinois
I help women navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, gestational surrogacy, OCD, postpartum depression and anxiety, relationship conflict, working motherhood, and the unique pressures of high-achieving careers—including women attorneys.
Whether you're navigating infertility, pursuing parenthood through surrogacy, balancing the demands of a high-pressure career, struggling with intrusive thoughts, depression, or anxiety, or feeling disconnected in your relationships, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create lasting change.
For the Woman Navigating High-Pressure Seasons of Life Where Identity, Relationships & Anxiety Intersect
The women I work with often arrive for different reasons, but they share something in common.
They've spent years caring for others, solving problems, meeting expectations, and holding everything together. Many are accomplished professionals, mothers, attorneys, physicians, executives, or women navigating complex fertility journeys.
From the outside, life may appear successful.
Inside, they feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted by the pressure to keep going.
Whether that pressure shows up as infertility, OCD and intrusive thoughts, burnout and perfectionism, relationship strain, postpartum anxiety and depression, or the feeling that nothing you accomplish ever feels like enough, therapy offers more than symptom relief.
It offers the opportunity to understand what lies beneath those experiences to create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal isn’t to help you become someone different. It's to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the anxiety, achievement, expectations, and roles you've carried for so long.
There is often a deeper story beneath these experiences—one that deserves time, space,
and careful attention.

Hi, I’m Joanna.
After more than a decade as an attorney, I began to notice that legal work, while intellectually challenging, often left me feeling unfulfilled and yearning for more heartfelt work.
Through my own personal experiences, I came to understand the transformative power of psychotherapy—particularly within a space that made room for complexity, vulnerability, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
Today, I feel privileged to be entrusted with deeply personal stories from women who are working through some of life's most difficult experiences. I seek to support women through these moments, whether in their careers, relationships, or along the uncertain paths to motherhood.
My hope is to offer a thoughtful, steady space where women can feel more understood, more connected to themselves, and less alone in what they are carrying.
